Biography

D. Todd Markle is a judge of the Georgia Court of Appeals, having assumed office in 2018 with his current term ending on December 31, 2026. He previously served as a judge on the Fulton Judicial Circuit of the Fifth District Superior Court in Georgia from 2011 to 2018. Markle earned his undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Georgia in 1986 and his J.D. from Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University in 1989.
